About
Dr. George Mantanis is a full-time Professor at the Tech. Educ. Inst. (TEI) of Larissa, Greece. He teaches courses like "Wood structure", "Wood properties" and "Wood Products Chemistry". Dr. G. Mantanis holds a Diploma in Forestry from the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki (1989) and a PhD in Wood Chemistry from University of Wisconsin-Madison (1994). He's been working at the TEI of Larissa since Oct. 2002 and is head of the Wood Technology Laboratory. He has worked also for the former ACM Wood Chemicals group during years 1998-2001.
