Dr. George Mantanis is a full-time Professor at the Tech. Educ. Inst. (TEI) of Larissa, Greece. He teaches courses like "Introduction to wood structure", "Introduction to wood properties" and "Wood Products Chemistry". Dr. G. Mantanis holds a Diploma in Forestry from the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki (1989) and a PhD in Wood Chemistry from University of Wisconsin-Madison (1994). He is working at the TEI Larissa since Oct. 2002. He has worked also for the former ACM Wood Chemicals group during years 1998-2001.
